It sounds like you have the Viva Catch on your external door. Replace them with the new Pozi Catch , made by the same company and even has the same fixing centres so no extra holes in side of caravan . Also the door cannot blow shut in the wind as it need a physical movement by you to release .

Have a look at this http://www.static-caravan-spares.co....-Retainer.html

Barry,

I was just wondering whether you run a shop for your static caravan spares or do you only do online orders??

Thanks

At the moment we only offer online sales. This is because we work from a unit located on a farm , and due to recent thefts from farms around Lincolnshire the farmer will not allow visitors, he even gets huffy with us sometimes as we come and go.
This will change in the not to distant future as we are trying to find industrial premises, so we can have a trade counter. But round here they are a bit thin on the ground .

I was going to order some wall vents for my Willerby Granada 1999 (cleaned those fitted only to find a few broken corners), however, the plastic vent size is larger than 6x3, but not as big as 6 3/4 x 3 1/2. Would I be right in suggesting the the size given is the vent aperture, not the plastic cover?

The size quoted is the vent cover size , i Would say go for the 6 3/4 ones as they are the most likely ones, that would of been fitted originally.
