I only arrived on the park at the end of September and won't be paying any till February. I'm not sure what they were last year so it impossible to say.

They will go up every year unless something catastrophic happens to the economy like the banks going pop (hopefully never happens)
Someone I know is on one of the big company sites where the lowest site fee is 4000. Which is to be one of many vans in row upon row. For a pitch with a bit of a view the fees are 5800 including rates!
Several people on his site have put this years fees onto a credit card as its getting seriously expensive.
Their fees are going up 250 each year recently.

Foldhouse must be the one of the cheapest in the country given the very high standards and length of season. Think it's about 2800 all in including vat and rates. Also they are very reasonable with the price of their vans. How you finding it there?

Hi Funkyboy, yes that's including rates. We are very happy here. The staff are great and I have received a lot of help from the owner and staff with a problem that I have had.

I just hope that the fees remain reasonable.

I bet you can't wait to start the season in your new van Carol and Bri? I hope that everything is as you would wish for.
