Default Whats the most important?

As everybody seems to be at their vans at the moment, here is a quicky.

What is the most important? The location of your caravan park or the location of your caravan on the park?

Is it best to be on a park next to the coast but been located next to the complex and bins etc or is it having a great location on the park but miles from coast/town/hills etc

hi darren,i have voted for the location of the caravan on the park.to be honest we viewed the park a year before we eventially moved onto it,and although it was in an ideal location, because of the plot we were offered we came away with the impression that it would be our worse nightmare to be on there.
we were invited back a year later as several premium pitches had become vacant, and our ideal pitch was one of them.the site fees are higher than we were paying on our old park, but the pitch and it,s views makes it worthwhile paying the extra.

Love having access to miles of uncrowded beach, perfect for the Dogs and our plot's not bad either, Plenty of room round it and not in regimental rows

Don't use the facilities, bought it for the location of the site.

ML.

Voted for location of caravan on the park.

Saying that, it needs to be both for us and would not have chosen a caravan park anyway if it had not been in an ideal location.

We rented at our site in the Cotswolds for a holiday and when we went back to buy were fortunate enough to be offered a lakeside site which we feel is wonderful whatever the weather. We're far enough away from the clubhouse to be quiet and to be able to witness the ever changing views and wildlife. Really relaxing!

I voted for location of park. Not much choice of caravans so location of caravan didn't really come into it.
Some folk have been on our site for over 20 years.

Tough one. Bit of both really.
We had a choice of three sites in the area, we moved from one when the site fees went stupid.
For us its the area / location of the park - though I feel we have a good pitch too.

Park location has to be number one, both in relation to your distance from home, and of course how pleased you are with amenities, view, interest in the general area around you etc.
Naturally, all that box ticking only to end up on the worst pitch on site would be futile. Sited between the toilets and the bins = Not good !
So, a bit of both needing to be considered.

Both things are very important for us, we are located a few hundred yards from the beach and have sea views but are also within ten yards of a fishing lake with views over the countryside.

Best of all is we have open views both front and back.

Well I voted and keep changing my mind. The perfect pitch in Scotland would be no good to me. But once on the site its the most important thing to me.
