The only practical way of doing it as far as I'm aware is floor insulation if what you have is poor or not already installed. I may be wrong, if so hopefully others will post with ideas.

I'd be interested to get a quote to insulate ours if there's anyone out there? The van is in West Sussex.

There is a lot of debate as to what type of insulation to use underfloor, I used the foil backed bubble insulation fixed with stainless steel staples and sealed it with foil tape, it's very easy to fit if you have easy access to under the van. A 36+10 van can be done for less than 150 if you can get a good price for the insulation on eBay

I used 6mm ali bubble foam from B&Q all the lot for 50 + staple gun and please get stainless staples...you will be happy you did. Also do not cover the floor vents.

Another tip is not to do under bathroom and kitchen areas with waste and water inlets-I learnt from experience, had a leak in the shower and it soaked the floor and spread all along under the insulation.

Has it made a difference, a little, not as good as using kingspan insulation-but saying that you are paying a 5th of the price.
