We are ideally looking for a 2 bed 28ftx10ft as that gives plenty of room for skips/cars etc.

Apologies is this questions may seem a little daft.

- Budget is quite tight, and we are hoping to buy one for up to 4000, then sell (hopefully) afterwards. However we are more than happy to hire one, but I cannot see anywhere that offers this, they must be able to deliver. Can any one recommend somewhere that sells budget statics, we are in the south east, I am happy to travel anywhere.
- Connecting to services: Our electrician says not a problem to connect to the house, so this is ok. How do you go about connnect to water? Do most have some kind of boiler for hot water, does this require specialist to service. Are these usually gas? The static will be close to a drain, where our downstairs loo is, how is this usually connected? Are there people that specialise in connecting statics to services?

Thanks
Darren

Out of interest I have just taken a lovely 2007 atlas 28 10 in p ex yours for 3750 as seen and you pay transport from north west England. What have you got to lose, you would lose a similar amount on a tourer.
Thanks bigland2003 - you have made some pretty good points. It's not needed until August, so plenty of time.
