When we moved our van a while back, the costs where 250 dis-conection (waived by the site) transport 900 for a doubled man crew and escort vehicle from hampshire to lincolnshire, new site fees and connection and cost of allowing a bring on 4800, still more cost effective than trying to part ex or sell at a huge loss, from what i was told by BHHPA 200-500 is about the average disconection charge smaller operators have got to finacially compete so may charge more.

900 for transport seems very good and you would of had to pay fees at the old site I presume so the 4800 seems pretty reasonable.

I was very happy with the costs involved especially the transport as that involved the driver and drivers mate having 2 nights out and also the site where it was collected from tried too be awkward by leaving the van facing the wrong way round in the car park but the driver was good and said that he can load it on backwards.
