Default Atlas Capricorn 2010....SOLD!

Well, our static has been SOLD, back to the park...

It all happened so quickly as these things normally do!

A private sale would have taken time, would have required a certain amount of work on our part and obviously we would have needed to command a much higher price to achieve effectively the same result!

The park who generally receive a bad press have been very understanding and the offer we accepted is actually over and above what I anticipated.

Enjoyed 5 great seasons...but time for a change.

I will continue to contribute to the forum when able, but as things stand we are static-less and hoping to secure a UK based bricks and mortar property in the summer.
That is of course after our annual visit to Turkey beginning next Sunday.

Dave.

Well done Dave. Nice to have some good news and a positive experience in dealing with your park.
Have a great summer and we hope to hear from you as and when.

All the best Dave, have a great summer and enjoy your holiday in Turkey. Don't forget to keep in touch will you as I'm sure you've still got a lot to contribute to this forum.

Lucky man Dave. We are trying to sell ours but the site wasn't interested in buying it, even though they sold it to us for 39000 at the end of 2015. They suggested private sale, or they could get a trader to remove it from our prime site so they could put a 42 footer in its place.
Enjoy your holiday and good luck with the bricks and mortar hunt.
Brian

That's great news Dave. I hope everything else slots into place for you and your health keeps at least stable but hopefully improves.

It would be good if you continued to contribute to the forum. We don't want you to disappear into the ether.

All the best.
Barry.

Well done Dave, sometimes the best way is to suck it up and take a small hit. You still had 5 seasons of enjoyment from it and a hassle free sale!
