Latest update from me.
Just bought our second gas cylinder of the year.
Price now 72.40.
Spoke with someone who bought on our park more recently and he thought there would be a standard price set by Calor as a nationwide RRP for gas.
Not so as it has to be delivered and fitted on park, so it's up to individual parks to set their own retail price ( or so I am told !).

I'm not sure what ours is now as I haven't been there since the beginning of May. The last notice I had was that it had come down from 70 to 68. Still expensive.

Paid 59.95 for mine in April, delivered and fitted by a friend! Was the same price last. Also must have a good boiler because I used much less than 2 cylinders last year including spring and late into October. That was for over 12 weeks.

Blimey, Someone is hoping to retire early !!

Can you buy off site ? My site usually charges 72 a refill but from outside only 50, so it does make a difference if you can shop around.

I am pretty sure that you are allowed to buy refills off site so logically you would think it relatively easy to get prices on line.
It isn't for some strange reason each supplier says ring for a quote
If anybody knows of a cheaper supplier near Charmouth ideally one who delivers for free or at a very reasonable cost ..... please let me know.

I found a couple of suppliers online and emailed them for a quote.

Im guessing they don't like to advertise their prices as they may vary as to who you are and how often you'll be buying.

We have a barrier to the park which is sited directly in front of the office. I think there would be a problem if a wagon loaded with gas wanted to go on site. No vans etc. are allowed on the park without permission.
