hiya,
we went to Phapos, near the harbour area.. but we did get the local bus over to Coral beach( too cold to sunbathe though)

I would defo go again, it was very quiet this time of year as the season hasn't started yet.....

Sorry should have said it would be chilly! Paphos is lovely, we lived near there for a few years, the first year we were in shorts, but after that we got acclimatised, and we were dressed more like the locals in coats and long trousers, and we could easily spot the tourists in shorts and T-shirts!! Still it had the advantage of when we walked along the harbour we weren't hassled by every restaurant as we passed as wearing coats they realised we must live there!!

Unfortunately even nearer to peak season the bars and restaurants in the harbour are not very busy, a combination of all inclusive deals in the hotels, and expensive prices I'm afraid!

Glad you had a good time, it's a lovely place, and the locals are so friendly, we really loved living there!

Nice to see you back Tia, glad you had a fab time. I love Cyprus, been a few times. I went a few years ago in Feb, in the morning we were up in the snow in the Trudos mountains and in the afternoon sunbathing by the pool lol

back to the excitement of lots of us reopening for the start of season (three more days for us) I stayed in Paphos a few years ago in August and it was lovely but far too hot to do anything much. We are off to Mexico in April and I'm starting to get excited about it, but not as much as reopening the caravan on Friday, for the time being.
