What can we keep from the caravan I definitely want our outside table and chairs,
What about TV , outside storage box , can we take these?
Thank you everyone for your replies have contacted the site to say may be interested in selling
Thanks again
You can keep anything that you have in the caravan, take everything out TV, Outside box etc... you may be able to sell these separately on ebay or local ads

Just sell the caravan as a empty unit

Hi Angela, If you intend taking items out of your van make sure that you do it before anyone views it. That means making sure that you don't leave anything that you may decide to remove later

We sold the last one we had privately to someone already on site who wanted to upgrade. The site handled the exchange of money and took their 15% before sending the remaining money onto us. We sold it within 2 days. I think the answer is to keep your price realistic and people are always looking for a bargain.

Hi. If you need any information about selling your static privately, I've recently started a business called Private Sale Caravans. Please give me a call if you need any help, and we can advise as best we can. We have a free-to-list website, and can also advise where else to advertise, how to work out a package price to include commissions, and also advise on park rules etc. It does take a bit f work to find a buyer, but you'll get more money than selling back to the park (then re-selling at top money)

Hoburne owners have facebook pages so you could sell your sheds etc on there. That's what people who sell the vans back to the site seem to do on Cotswold

We have heard from sales manager he says he has enough in his fleet at the moment might change next month we were looking at towards end of the season.
He then got back to me asking how much we were looking for our caravan in case he gets someone looking for that price.
I think Hoburne will take 11% of sale, at the moment we have paid over £5000 for this year's fees.
We really wanted to have a few weeks in the caravan Evan if it's up to end May.
Would we be better to put it up for sale then? Rather than the end of the season.
How do we price it this is our 9 th season starting brought new for £30,000.
Thanks for your replies
