Default Roof replacement (Atlas Everglade 2013 models)

I've noticed that 7 caravans on my site are undergoing roof replacement. Scaffolding surrounds them. It appears that the roof tiles are peeling. Leaving a shiny metal surface exposed. The fact that we are right on the coast may be a factor.
Without actually going to the office and asking the question, I don't know whether the work is being carried out under warranty or whether they are insurance claims.
I'm posting this (with a photo carefully cropped as I don't think it's fair to post a photo of someone else's caravan without their permission) as it may be helpful to other people who have these caravans. I'm sorry I don't know the year of manufacture (yet )

Hi, they are all Atlas Everglades. I don't know the year, but I'll find out...

What make of roof is it?
To have several homes with the same problem at the same time suggests there was a bug in the manufacturing process at some stage - (I think this type of roof normally has a longer warranty than the van it is on).

Default Update

I have asked at the office.
The models are all 2013. There was a problem during the roofing process apparently, which has caused the cosmetic peeling. There are no leaks, it is purely cosmetic. The company that fitted the roofs for Atlas are no longer in business. After a long battle, the insurance company is covering the cost. (thanks to our site fighting for the owners)

Indeed it is!
On my previous site, there were a dozen or so owners who had chosen their own insurance company and following the flooding of the site in 2014 found they weren't covered.
Always read the small print!
