We're about 1 1/2 hours. Love just chill when we get there and smell the sea air.

Yeah those were the days eh....Quiet roads less traffic..No tailgating ?.....I don't think road rage had even been invented ?....Motorists had courtesy !..And stopped to help people who had broken down etc !! Oh the days when driving was a pleasure...Not a chore !!

It takes us quite a while. We set off from home 6:00am day 1. Leave Spain by ferry around 17:00 hours. Day 2 on ferry from Spain disembark 21:30 arrive at the park 2:30am day 3. Its's much the same time wise going home but we usually arrive home around 22:00. Just in time to catch the shop and get some provision before we do our main shop the following day. The drive home is better because it's all daylight driving except for a few hours when we set off. It costs around £700+ for the round trip. Ouch!

We are in Peebles and live in Edinburgh SW it takes 45 minutes on the bad roads we have in Scotland

It takes us 40 minutes which is better than the 1hour 20 mins we travelled to our previous site.

Itís funny how we always want to spend time somewhere else.
We LIVE in Peebles and travel 1hr 50min to our van at Ullswater 😂

Yes itís strange isnít it ,our last Van was in Southerness 2 hours 30 mins.away depending who was driving

Our “home from home” is about 1hr 20 mns to 1hr 30mns away. Far enough, but not too far.
