Default New Matress

Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong place , I did search for "new matress" but coldn't find.
I need to buy a new matress as the springs are poking through not through the material, I,ve managed to now with a padded matress cover but need a new one and wnat to ask for recommendations where to buy.
Also the previous owners made the base a little larger so if it's going to be a problem I think I may just put it back to the original size and have the bit extra room to move about. Thanks in advance for any help.

Two points/ questions

1firstly could you do with the extra space if so by a brand new double if that's the size required

2 if your happy with the new adjusted bed size then simply measure what mattress size you'll need ie king size or ?? Then hit the net for the best deals

Sorry if that sounds abrupt but that's the way I'd go if I were in your shoes so to speak hope that helps

We had a mattress made to measure from one of the manufacturers in Batley or Dewsbury but we collected it and took it to the van but most bed shops will get you made to measure mattresses, just look for one near your van and see if they'll deliver.

Thinking about this problem
1 measure bedroom size
2 measure door apertures
3 decide if you want underbed storage
4 all the above then added together will make your mind up as to size of bed required
5 head off too bed shops too find best deal and also check Internet for a bargain also

If you change your bed from the original, make sure that you are leaving ventilation under the bed, and not blocking any air vents

If you're replacing single mattresses, measure them first, they can differ from to room.

Duvalay do some wonderful matresses, they have some brilliant sales up to 50%. Check Amazon local deals
