Default List for RESIDENTIAL Sites for Static Caravans

We've been asked many times for RESIDENTIAL Sites for Static Caravans (not Park Homes) across the UK, so I'm starting this new thread to make a list of them as we come across them.
If you know of any sites that are registered as RESIDENTIAL please add them here.
If you are looking for a RESIDENTIAL Site please ask here

This site has a genuine residential caravan section as well as a holiday static caravan section and a touring caravan area too.

It say's on the website 'residential park homes' from 19,995...so are they 'park homes' or 'static caravans' because there's a big difference?

It is confusing, I had a link to Wyldecrest Parks to start us off (it have me the idea for the thread) advertising static caravans for sale on a residential park, when I clicked the link it was park homes. I've read on sites about people living on them - try to find them isn't quite so easy.
I thought by starting this thread we'd be helping people do it officially so they have more protection

Both. The more expensive residentials are lodges or park homes & the cheaper end are residential winterised caravans.

There was a member on here last year I think......she had just bought a van on a 12 month part residential - part holiday park.

It was not a park home, but a regular caravan, and she was living in her van....I can't remember who it was
