Think I would not like going in another van after having my own. All that packing and unpacking would do my head in.

I'm sure I've seen someone post recently about booking a van holiday.

What about you Darren? I know you don't have a van at the min but when you holiday are you holidaying in vans?

My hols for the four years previous to me buying a van were always in caravans apart from one where I stayed in a lodge. But you just can't beat a caravan

I do yes, been involved in the industry i can claim it is just research but i like it. You always have somewhere to park (for free) can take frinds/family at next to no other cost and more often than not are in great locations next to the sea/beuty spot.

I'm off to Bowness for a week in May with Kate and her parents

I'm writing before deciding how to vote. I hadn't stayed in a caravan in years before buying ours. (a log cabin doesn't count) We went with friend to their chalet in France in October and all I could think was that it wasn't as nice as our van, although we did have a lovely time. I cerainly wouldn't be prepared to spend hundreds to do so, when we had already paid the fees for ours. So I guess the answer is no.
