Question What would be a reasonable price for a Bluebird Senator 2003?

I'm looking to buy a static I've seen, it's a BK Bluebird Senator 2003, it's in good condition, but I'm new to this. It has a front decking. The park is very small, about 30 plots and it seems well looked after.

They're asking for 38K. Any idea of a reasonable price that I should offer as I don't know how much they're worth?

And are there any particular things I should be aware of with this model?

Thanks very much in advance.
David.

Is it a residential park or a holiday park?

Hello David and welcome to the forum, I've been doing a lot of digging and research on "good buys" and I can tell you that is FAR too much for a caravan of that age!

Seems really steep to me.Sometimes its the park amenities that bump up the price though. Is there any health spa or gym or private fishing for owners or anything to warrant that price?

Thanks very much Quisd, I'm glad I joined the forum.
I don't want to overpay just because I liked it.

It's just a little private park with a nice view, a pub nearby.
