Default Insulation Removal

Hello, Anyone have any idea how the insulation boards are fixed?
Under the silver backed pieces is fibreglass lagging.
I will eventually install new pipes under van and would like to remove insulation and refit. (it appears to be retrofitted and not original)

(If I buy the van)

Thanks Ebenezor

Thanks Maddy I think you are prolly correct.
I have googled and it seems jamming the sheets in is the correct method.

Noel, where is your van.
The one I have just bought is a few miles from Merebeck (was featured on tv...paul young) famous some years ago for land locked Atlantic Salmon.

Ebenezor

BTW....for the non fly fishing community the pic is paul young and ghillie

Looks to be push fitted, should have finished the gaps with ali tape. I am fitting ali sided bubble insulation via ali tape around edges of vents and stapled to boards via stainless staples. Should just pull out mate, just be careful whom ever fitted it hasn't stuck it down with something, could be aright mess to get off.

Hi Ebenezor the Static is as directed open this link http://maps.google.com/maps/place?ft...hno61G9MTgDekQ goto bottom right hand corner zoom in on the river by the crossroads our van is the second on in to the left of the road bridge as shown in my signature but both salmon leaps have since been lost in flash floods only benefit of that is no chance of the site being flooded.
