No restrictions, as long as they are well maintained. The site was selling 21 year old vans this year.

Sounds like our site spiderman. They have a 1990 Willerby Granada for sale for 12.5K atm:eek Must have solid gold taps inside: There are 1995/1996 vans for sale too.

After your initial Licence agreement comes to an end on our site, think they are supposed to review your van on an annual basis, but there are loads of old girls and boys on our site.

There is a few oldies on our site, they look great, oval framed windows with the little top inward opening window, multi coloured orange bodies...that's just the owners...

So you understand how it should work:

With the right contract, such as the one issued by the BH&HPA, the age of the unit has nothing to do with the time limit on the contract.

If you do this right and buy with the right contract in place you are buying a number of years on park. You are buying a period over which your investment is spread and a period which you are protected.

No time limits does not mean an infinate time on site. It's simply down to how long the park owner wants you. Whilst you current park owner might be fine, the next one might not be quite so nice.

At Tree Tops, we use the contract put together with the BH&HPA.

The No age restriction is only a yearly contract the way I understand it,and the site owner could just kick you off for any reason.....Thats why the new contracts were bought in for your protection to stop site owners just kicking you off.
I voted Other ....so hope this elaborated enough
