£50? thats a steal! Ours cost us £1000 for the microwave dish installation. Angela is the person to advise you about satellite and the advantage of that system is it works pretty much anywhere so I am thinking you could buy & install your own dish as she has & then you could use it at home as well as at your van I would think? Angela will be along soon to advise you I have no doubt!

I will let you know the final cost of fitting but like i said it will be March next year before I have it installed

Angela B, thanks for that link but my site says any installation must be attached to the caravan so might be a no go. As an aside I see you are on sunnysands my parents had caravans on Barmouth bay just down the road from you from 72 till 98 so I know that area well, and lookin at your pictures of the storm damage brought back a memory of a water spout that travelled through sunnysands leaving a path of damaged caravans a good few years ago

At home we have '3' mobile broadband on monthly contract (about £8 a month for 15gb ... 50% discount for long standing customers!) and also 'EE' 90 day 6gb too as our '3' reception is awful sometimes but we are reluctant to let it go as we'll never get that deal again so are hoping that it will be sorted by the end of the year at the latest. At our static 'EE' doesn't work at all but the '3' one is absolutely flying!
