Default Hi

Hello

I am Dave and my wife Jan. I joined the site a while ago but we have been holidaying-family visiting in New Zealand since October 6th so have been reasonably busy to get on and introduce ourselves.
We are motorhome owners as well and have been for 7 years. We sold the house 3 years ago and have been travelling and working as campsite wardens but decided last June to buy our first static as a base, as choice Mablethorpe as it is quieter than most seaside towns and obviously near the sea.
I will be posting many questions on here to assist me in becoming a static owner.

I look forward to chatting with you all.

Cheers
Dave

Hi Dave and Jan
!
We bought our pre-loved in September and are just outside Mablethorpe. We got to stay in it three times before the site closed for the winter.....so now we are impatiently waiting for March to roll along. It is a great area, beautiful beach and where we are it is dog friendly all year round, which is ideal for our pooch. I have learned such a lot since joining this site, lots of great advice from lovely people. I probably won't be much help in answering your questions as still a newbie really, but you never know.

Hi Jan UK1

Nice to meet you and thank you for the message.
No doubt we will meet on here again, and maybe in real life if you are near Mablethorpe

Dave

, Dave and Jan.
I think you will find a lot of useful information on the site. If you have any questions just ask, there are a lot of knowledgeable members of the forum who are always willing to help.

to the forum to you both Dave & Jan. We go further north to stay in our van ( Bridlington) but easily could have gone to Lincs coast for one. Certainly that coast has plenty of sites from the large to the small to suit many tastes. I hope you both enjoy the time at your vans has much as we enjoy time spent at ours.
