Default bubbles in stucco coating

I have been having problems since buying my park home with bubbles forming in the stucco coating of the home. Previously this has been sorted by the Gold Shield warranty, but as this has now expired ,I have found some more bubbles. can I fix myself, and if so how?

Sounds to me as if it was not actually sorted out properly in the first place; was the previous work carried out by Gold Shield done by the Park owner or by an independent contractor?
What did they say caused the bubbling? was it damp under the stucco, and if so was the cause of the damp removed/corrected? If work was previously carried out under warranty and the problem has not been resolved, then it is still a problem that arose and was reported while in warranty, so maybe go back to Gold Shield and say the problem has not been fixed.
Before doing this, make sure that there are no leaking gutters/downpipes/water butts, or bushes against the home that can cause moisture to get trapped against the walls.
And - just a thought - when the home was pained, was the proper paint used (Resitex/Resifine) or has somebody used a general masonry paint?
