Our site closes end of November but I can't see me going again this year. Hubby does the drain down himself and brings everything home........he's always gone by himself

We joined the closedownclub today, arrived back home approx. 3pm, car fully loaded.
Biggles did the drain down himself and it was better than either of us expected it to be. Will be getting an electric pump for next year though, to blow the last of the water through.
Will be popping back in four weeks due to family circumstances, just for the day, to check on things but we both feel pretty confident that all will be ok...only time will tell.
Have to say, it's nice to be sitting here in the house, lots of things to do to keep busy between now and Christmas

Unfortunately, living in a 1 bed flat, even a spacious one, we don't have the storage space for our stuff, so it's under the seating, lol. Amazing what we got under there, it even surprised me.

As said previously we are done...just spent the last 2 days washing & tumble drying all the fabrics from the van...smells nice, but hate to think what my electric bill will be like

BuntyandBiggles. It would be good if you wrote a step by step idiots guide to how to drain down a static.
