No visits planned here. However, if the rumours that the park might not be able to open on March 1st because of the flooding I will go down then to check on the van. We were planning to stay at the van as much as we can in March prior to the subletting starting on 29/3/13.

heavy rain forecast for 27th so not going and OH is on jury service for 2 weeks from 2 january.....so it will be mid to late January before we get over. Have started putting things to one side to take over for re-opening tho...e.g. bought a new iron.

No visits planned for us until it reopens in March. I trust we would hear if there was anything to report from the site owners.

well I have my box ready to go in the car for the weekend. Binbags (for old moisture traps), new moisture traps, crystals for the big moisture trap in the lounge, window vac in case its needed when we get there. Flask at the ready for a drink and loo stops at the little chef thats half an hour away.

Should take about 4 hours all in all with the journey there, sorting the van out, and then the journey back.

Hubby went to check the van yesterday as we have a small stream behind our van. All was good he didnt even have to change the cat litter crystals we put down and they were dry. Lets just hope when we drain back there are not nasty surprises.

No visits this winter to the actual van unti late Feb although we visit Towyn two or three times to visit friends we've made. This is usually weekends when our site isn't open so we just have a quick look from the bridge to make sure the roof is still on.
