Default Favourite Family Movie

Hi all,

With the holidays quickly coming up I wanted to pick your brains for some family movies to watch.

They don't have to be Christmas themed (although that would be fine),

so lets have it

(thanks in advance)

There is only one Christmas movie......... It's a wonderful life......Gets me everytime.....Even after 40 years of watching it every year.

Bit selective regarding movies, but my short list that I would happily watch more than once are:

Any of the Lord of the Rings or Hobbit movies.

Hugo (2011)

Or....The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992)

thanks all, some great suggestions and weirdly it's a bit like memory lane reading some of the titles.

I haven't seen it once. I must be missing something.

My list.

Charlie and the chocolate factory. (The original one).
The railway children.
Bambi.
Pinocchio.

Watched them with the children when they were young. They watched Charlie and the chocolate factory every year.

These days we usually go to the theatre over the Christmas period.
Last year was the best. Billy Elliot. Brilliant.
