Default Sites around Hornsea

We have just sold our tourer and are contemplating a static.

We are looking around the Hornsea area.

Have seen Lowcroft Leisure Park, Barcourt Estate and Seasode Caravan Park.

Anyone have any experience of these sites and the site fees?

TIA

Sorry, I can't help. If you go to the parks websites they may publish their fees, otherwise, there should be contact details.

If you visit the sites, you can talk to the owners who are on site. You should b able to get a good idea of how the park is run.

Good luck on your search.

Seaside caravan park, Ulrome ? If that’s the one you are asking about is about 7 miles by road from Hornsea, and at the end of a road to nowhere. The reason is the coast there is eroding( at an average of about 2 1/2 metres a year.
It would be worth a day trip to the coast to check them all out for yourself.
The other 2 sites are both on the same road Cliffe Road, Hornsea and then leave Hornsea on the road to Skipsea & Bridlington and you will pass through Skipsea. There is a signposted turn off to Ulrome and if you follow this through the village it becomes that road to nowhere.

If you fancy Bridlington, South Cliff are in the process of expanding their site and there are often vans for sale on the existing site.

As Iím just over the road (White House) and as a site it is just about to undergo improvements, but I fear both sites charge more ground rent than Gavin (the original poster) is wanting to pay, according to his comments when he posted a similar enquiry on Facebook.
I would certainly be happy to suggest both sites are worth a look, especially with their close proximity to the beaches and the facilities of Bridlington.
