Default Book value 2006 BK Bluebird Sheraton

If anyone could be kind enough to have a glance in their little black book and give me a value for a 2006 Bluebird Sheraton 38x12 2 bed with DG/CH and patio doors.

The van is in a private sale and I would like to get some sort of idea of its trade value to avoid making an insulting offer or indeed over paying.

Thank you so much,

Andrew

You may need to add if it's sited or not cos the price will vary greatly.

Presume there is decking,as there are patio doors...hopefully its priced between Bigland's figure so a good starting point...

Well done on the sale, it's still one of the classiest caravans ever made.

Ours made 23k but on a lovely plot with full base. Problem is I have no time to site and connect they have said they will wait!!! I viewed one off site recently and was outbid for it, dealer paid 13k. So yeah a really classy caravan, quite timeless really. 18k with a deck on a good site is worth buying.
Hope you are well tree tops.

I'd have thought that was the going rate on park, perhaps a little more with decking.
