Smile F1 Predictions This Year ?

As a family we are Motorsport mad, for the last 10yrs my son has been karting at National and International level in UK, Europe and Dubai, he has now earned support from a very well known team who have placed him in a Formula Renault team for 2013 hence I now have time/weekends on my hands for first time in a long time....

So...with drivers changes for the 2013 season what are your thoughts, predictions etc for teams, drivers etc...

Chris

It will be interesting to see how Hamilton gets on with Mercedes this year, and how he'll get on developing the car.
I wonder if his successor in McLaren will have the same 'problems' he had with them...

FlixtonFlyer, I dont know of anyone so far who has raced caraxans, sounds like an ancient medieval chariot of sorts......

Whilst Lewis fancied a new challenge I think he'll have a very frustrating initial season, the McLaren was just coming together towards the end of 2012 and I think he'll struggle to be consistant top 6.

History has shown an average driver can be placed in a top team, car etc...and be top 3... But a top driver in a developing team/car will not.

My money will be on Sebastian again.......I love him . But I also love Jenson and Fernando

Sorry but I can't stand Lewis, he acts like a small kid with a very big head

Thanks Shuggie, though Ive now handed him over so I'll be watching from a distance, dads and teams don't work well together Lol

Seb is an awesome driver with a 6th sense, his drive from the rear of the grid (pit lane) to a top 5 was simply stunning in the run up to him winning the Championship....

Jenson is Jenson, great grounded guy, his dad is a propper geezer, had many a laugh with him....

Lewis has distanced himself from the public over the last 3yrs and tried getting back into the arena this last year but I think he's a changed person, his dad Anthony is another good fella and is in the sport for the right reasons...Paul DiResta another smashing fella, we know the family well as for the last few years Pauls brother has done British Super 1 in KGP formula, whereas my son was in Rotax.

(Sorry in advance Emmell ...) as long as Alonso doesn't win, I'll be happy! I really don't like the man (in fact, no-one in our house does). He has too much of the attitude that he can't do anything wrong - any 'mishaps' must be the other guy's fault!

I'd love Seb to win another Championship, and I'd really like to see Paul DiResta do well - he always seems so pleasant and 'normal' when they interview him.
