If I'm honest, sometimes telling people before we do something causes people to worry, even though thing are always better when we're done. The fear of the unknown can make it easier to simply crack on with some jobs. Other things we do as a surprise for customers. They may have asked for something that we haven't had time to do in the summer, we quietly crack on in the winter
Yep was a surprise the outside gym last year...just guessing for this year as we noticed a lot of work going on at top of park...are we having a golf practice area this year..? Playground on the new development?

Not golf, it's an outside pole dancing practice area...

Tree Tops you obviously set out to please your existing van owners and those on this forum clearly appreciate your efforts. It looks a lovely happy place.

We chose a beautiful peaceful woodland site but the owner has changed the naturalness by loads of excavations, changing contours and building many many metres of stone walls (some very high ones). We never know what is going to happen next because there is no communication or discussion. Priorities of van owners would be very different. Who knows ?? We might only ask for a couple of park benches to sit and listen to the birds.

Empathise, that's why we choose such sites in the first place!
