Default Disclaimers/t's and c's on letting, help!

Hi all, hope you are all good. I have been quiet as I have been flitting around spending lots of time at the van!
I have organised some sub letting over the summer as we have a good few weeks we can't use it.
I just wondered if anyone puts disclaimers or terms on their rental agreements or invoices to cover themselves?
I have only organised letting to friends this year as I am not up to speed yet with setting it up in a more organised way so the bookings I have are all people I know.
I've done a booking form, receipt and info pack for the caravan and I would be interested to know what/if you guys put anything else on. I was just worried in case I could end up liable for anything
thanks x

I have booking conditions that I send to my guests. I have tried to attach it to this post but the file is too big. I can email it to you if you PM me your email address.
