Hi
It's worth what you are prepared to pay for it (like anything).
Does this price include it sited, with 2011 fees included?

No site fees included as it is been offered as an upgrade, the van is very tidy though and looks as though the previous owner used it very little.

As Teabank says, only you can decide if you think you are paying a fair price, think of it as a long term investment - if the park and caravan is right for you and you are happy to pay that price then go for it, but get in writing the number of years you can keep the caravan on site.
We have just paid 7000 for a 1999 36x12 - 3 bedroom ABI Arizona in mint condition (no clubhouse or amenities on our site) and we think we have an absolute bargain as we can keep it for another 11 years on site.
