UGG not what you want to return to. Hope the mystery get solved its a bit un-nerving. Can only think its something to do with whenever/whoever was involved with the draindown if you didn't do that yourselves but surely thats traceable -- very strange. By the way wouldn't be ghosts I'm told they smell of violets and no human to my knowledge has managed to do you know what like flowers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG.... not very nice for you to return to clive...
some dodgy stuff going on in my opinion........

maybe the gas man used your toilet and forgot to flush...
but would he change the salt for you???

i just hope that someone hasn't given someone else your key and let them stay there 'as a favour'..

not that i want to scare you but it has been known to happen... and there is a thread on here somewhere about it..................

At the end of the day, if the site office lodged your keys and they no longer have them, isnt it their responsibility to put things right?

If you're where I think you are we have stayed there a few times and I would expect better. I would be writing to the manager etc and it would be along the lines of if I didn't get a decent reply I would be contacting a solicitor. Unfortunantly its very hard to prove that it has been used. Are there electric meter readings or anything to "prove" your case?

I'd be livid, hopefully there is a an acceptable explanation for the keys for the keys not being there. The other things - I'd be looking for recompense for example no fees this year at least

I had a customer think someone had used their loo because the water was a funny colour. But it turned out to be anti freeze put in by the plumber...

Disgusting. It shows a real lack of respect. I hope that you get some form of apology preferably in hard earned cash.
