Default Valuation request please.

Hi everyone,
Can anyone please advise of a trade price for a 2007 Atlas Nevada Super. 36x12, 3 beds, enviro colours, underfloor insulation. I am looking to sell, but would like a guide beforehand to ensure I get the best value for money.

to the forum.

You would need a guide to trade prices and unfortunately, only dealers and park owners will be able to get one.

You may be lucky and one of the park owners may see your post but don't be surprised if you don't receive the information that you want.

Probably the best idea would be to search on line for the same year and make of your van and if there are a few for sale, you should be able to come up with a reasonable estimate of what they are selling for.

There will be a difference from dealers and park owners selling on site. If it's on a pitch and all connections are in place, you will command a better price but don't forget to factor in what you would need to give the site. Most parks ask for 15%, some ask for 20%. That is if they allow you to sell privately. They could always ask you to remove it from the park if they don't want to buy it and they don't allow you to sell privately.

Good luck.

As above there are a lot of factors to think about, if its a site do you have an age limit on site, on ours if over ten years old all vans must be sold via the site and not private or they may insist it is sold off site because of it age then you would have site clearance fees to think about.
