Just before we closed up the van, my hubby checked underneath to see if we had any insulation. It seems our predecessor put 1 inch Rockwool under the van which has been torn in a couple of places.

Hubby has asked (and I am shocked that he did) whether replacing the rockwool with double foil double bubble 6mm insulation is going to make a huge difference?

If we went over the top of it then it would be at lest ten times
More effective because you would have a bigger air gap

I'd like to inform other GoS members that Darren did my underfloor insulation last week. Although I couldn't be there my neighbours reported the lads worked hard and reported, a good job has been done. I can't wait to feel the difference. Thanks Darren.
