Hi Misty, what insulation are they using?.

HI hubby out at the moment so sorry I can"t be more technical.its a British product used by caravan makers and apparently the Nasa space program.4mm thick bubble construction aluminium coated.

Despite the awful weather today our van has had the insulation fitted.Hubby left in a white out this morning to meet the fitter .and has just rung he"s on the way home, job well done and we could"nt be more pleased.So I suppose a nice hot meal and a glass or two of vino will warm him up when he arrives home.

Misty What did he charge you?

Hi Grandpadragon the material cost was £150 plus fitting which depends on the size of the van.The fitter only works with in a 50 mile radius of Rhyl.Have you tried thecaravanwindowman, he is a member of this forum hope this helps.
