Great news ched999uk. Keep us informed as we like to know the details.

I think a travelling time of less than 2 hours is ideal so hopefully you'll get plenty of use out of your new van
Gill. (plus Mark, 2 Basset Hounds and a Dalmatian)

Just to update. We have completed our purchase of a Carnaby Belvedere on the North Yorkshire/County Durham borders (1hr50mins drive).
Site is next to river and vans sites on terraces up the sides of the valley. So we are side on to the river about 50ft above water, with a decked balcony overlooking the river, lots of trees which will hide most of river from Spring to Autumn but it's fast flowing so you can hear the river sound. Seems like it will be a nice quiet site, small bar only open at weekends, no other facilities, very friendly manager and staff.
Spent the last few days there setting everything up.
Very happy, just have to work to earn money to pay bills and go away to stay in van :-)

Congratulations on finding a good site and a van that suit your needs. I hope that you have many happy years enjoying the van and the area.

Very early stages of looking for a static (have had them before) but not sure if we can meet our requirements.

90 mins from Blackpool (ideally 20 mins )
Adult only (work with kids so would be more of break with none )
Allow Dog (we have 1 small one).
Longer the season the better.
Lower site fees the better

Thanks for any suggestions
Please don't bump old threads just to spam your park as not only does it make you and your company look untrustworthy and unprofessional, it is also against the forums FUP.
