Default We have gone and done it

Been to a lovely site today for a look around . Really knocked out by the facilities , including a spa, Pool and Pub ! Shown round some vans by the GM (born salesman) and fell in love with a barely used 2011 Swift Moselle , so we have paid the holding deposit and now sorting the finances. Will be sad to give up on 20 years of touring with trailer tents and caravans but life moves on :-)

Yeah! No hitching and pitching anymore for you. It was starting to struggle with that which persuaded us it was time to look at a static.
The big tip I’d offer now is CHILL.....TAKE YOUR TIME & ENJOY.
You should have enough kit from your touring set up to see you along ( bedding, kitchen utensils, etc ) so just enjoy life as that’s what it’s all about......

fellow tourer from s previous life. What you will enjoy the most is walking out the door on a Sunday evening at 8pm and heading home with only a washing bag instead of starting the packing up process at 9am to be off site by 10am when its 70 degrees outside and you want to lengthen your weekend break.
