Default Cosalt Carlton 37 X 12

COSALT CARLTON 37' X 12'- Central door with bedrooms either end of the van
year 2003. double glazed........

no. of bedrooms 3
( 1 double and 2 x twins)

sleeps up to 8 with a pull out in the front room

number of toilets - 2

general Info:
We purchased this van in September 2010, as we loved the layout...
we walk up through the cental door into the 'front room', to the left are the two twin bedrooms...........and to the right is the kitchen, dining area and then the two toilets and the main bedroom is at the opposite end of the van..
the dining area has a free standing round table with 4 chairs, it has just enough room for 4 people really as it would be a tight sqeeze if we had more than 4 sitting for dinner, the rest would have to eat outside on the outside table....

the kitchen is adequate, it has a gas cooker and an extracter fan....i have enough storage and there is enough work surface...

the twin bedrooms have over bed storage, a single wardrobe and a small shelf under the mirror by the door..these beds can be pushed together if required.

the main bedroom has a free standing dressing table with 8 drawers in it, there is over the bed storage and also a huge wardrobe and a single wardrobe too....

the en-suite has a small sink and a storage shelf above the toilet

the main bathroom has a brilliant shower with a shower screen, a shelf above the toilet and a bathroom cabinet above the sink and a cupboard under the sink so in all there is lots of storage..and we have now added a panel heater..
the 'front room/dining room ' has a sofa and a single armchair all though they are build in... not a lot of storage in the front room apart from a display cabinet over the dining room table...
i would have liked a socket or two in the dining area as we have to have an extension wire when we use the laptop or the oil filled radiator( in the cold snap)
all in all we love our van xx

update i just remembered that i didnt mention my boiler cupboard_ it is on the outside of the van..... and no storage space for brooms in there.... that is a big negative to me..... standing in the rain and lighting my boiler.....and there is only enough room for 4 people to sit comfortably on the settee and armchair......
