Default Looking for a long term rental

Hi all,

Due to family problems (divorce) I'm looking for a long term lease 6 months or so, for a static caravan somewhere in the north West of England. Have looked at the cost of renting another house but keeping my original mortgage and rental accommadation going is frankly beyond me !

I'm 40+, professional in full time employment and looking to get sorted as soon as possible.

Any reasonable location / cost considered.

Thanks in advance.

Gary

to the forum, I'm sorry to hear of your situation, but on the positive side, you're joining a great bunch of people on here, and I'm sure someone will read your post and be able to offer you some help/advice. I suppose you've checked out the usual routes of letting agencies for flats etc? A flat would be much cheaper than a house, and maybe more 'permanent' looking ahead .
Good luck

Hi Angela,

Thanks for the reply, I have considered a flat but wanted something just until I get my house sold, and thanks to my parents have always enjoyed caravanning so it seems a sensible solution in the (relative) short term.

Cheers

Gary

Hi Clarissa,

I live in Warrington and work in South Manchester, so anything within a reasonable commuting distance. I'm not after a top of the range model or site, just something clean, comfortable, and not too expensive!!!

Cheers

Gary

Have you thought of trying a wanted add on Preloved or in your local gumtree ? You could also reserch sites around that area and then ring them??
