Default insurance in flood area

hi all,
my van is in stratford has flooded a couple of times in the past ten years. does anyone know of a company that will insure when risk of a flood is there. we are insured with shield at the moment but want to see if we can get a better quote. just gone through a long winded form filling only for them to say that they couldnt quote online due to the risk info i have enteered, obviously the postcode must have an alert on it.
thanks
Bill

We don't flood but are within so many yards of a quarry which means a lot of online companies wont quote us. However I found ringing them easiest. We went through towergate baker.

Hi,

If you PM me your site name and postcode I will look into it for you, the risk does vary from insurer to insurer so it involves a lot of searching for the right one, as we are a broker we have access to a few insurers so I will look around for you and see if it is something we can quote on
